The average time on market was 294 days. Sellers were getting about 94% of their asking price, a slight drop from April figures at 95% of asking price. There were three sales reported in River Glen and one in Village Green.

Currently there are 8 Bedford condo’s under contract, waiting to close, which is unchanged from April. The average listed price is $246,567 with a median of $259,900. The time on market was on average, 349 days. Those under contract include three in Ridgewood, one in River Glen, one in Village Green, two in The Mews and one in River Walk.
