There were 7 sales reported in Bow, NH for the month of May with sellers receiving 98% of their last asking price, a 3 % increase. Time on market also improved from last month and reported to be on average 114 days compared to 200 days on market in April. Homes that sold in Bow appear to have been priced at market value and therefore the reason that Sellers are getting such a high percentage of their asking price. The average sale price for a home in Bow was $295,200 with a median price of $277,000.

As of this posting there were 12 single family homes in Bow in contract waiting to close escrow. Last month, there were eight.
