There are currently 167 homes for sale in Dover, NH. The average asking price is $370,170 and the average time on market is 178 days. There were 18 new listings in November with an average listing price of $267,744.

There were 11 homes that sold in Dover in November with an average sales price of $291,441 which was 96% of the asking price. The average time on market was just over four months (133 days). November 2007 saw similar sales levels (11 homes sold at 97% of the asking price) but the average selling price was slightly higher last year at $301,118, and the average time on market was approximately three months.

The 11 homes that sold indicate a fifteen month supply of inventory – a classic buyers market.

There were a total of eight homes that went under contract in Dover, with an average listing price of $257,788.
