This difference reflects the fact that the homes sold for 93% of the asking price on average. One property fell into the $160,000 and under category. Six properties sold between $160,000 and $200,000. There were 2 sales between $220,000 and $300,000, and 5 sales between $350,00 and $500,000. Average days on market were 155. Price did play a part in how long the homes remained on the market, with the $400-500K price range having the longest days on market at 299 days.

For this same period last year, there were 19 sales. The average days on market were 190, which is higher than this year. The selling price was an average of 94% of asking price, comparable to the 2009 number.

Meredith is a desirable community that offers a variety of activities to its residents and visitors due to its proximity to Winnipesaukee. Meredith boasts a beautiful and thriving downtown area with shops, hotels and restaurants. Five homes sold in Meredith, NH in March with an average selling price of $206,200, which was 93% of the asking price on average, and an average of just over six months on the market. During the same period there were a total of seven pending home sales contracts reported with an average listing price of $249,800 and just 92 average days on market.

Meredith real estate market sees two home sales closed in February with an average sales price of $155,00 which was 84% of the asking price on average and an average time on market of 136 days. There were three pending home sales contracts reported with an average listing price of $358,333 and an average of 434 days on the market.

In the new inventory column there were nine Meredith homes listed for sale in February with an average listing price of $468,855.
