Wolfeboro, NH January 2011…A Month In Review

The January market reports a 45% increase in new Wolfeboro Residential Listings; while Back on the Market homes are down 36% over 2010’s MTD report.  The 1st of the New Year is typically a slower time for home sales, but today’s market reports an increase of 100% over last year’s activity.  There are currently 154 residential homes actively listed on the market; 34 of those listing afford water front and/or water access.  [click to continue…]
