The March Dover Real Estate Report Shows Encouraging Signs For Some Sellers That Have Recently Been Neglected

dover-nh There were 11 homes sold in March in Dover with an average sales price of  $307,945 which is up significantly from February’s average of $211,433. Sales prices were 98% of last asking price on average. Time on market averaged about 156 days on market (down almost half from February)

39 new listings came on the market in Dover with an average asking price of $366,085 – this is more than twice as many listings as came to market in February. There were 12 pending home sale contracts reported in March with an average contract price of $243,400, and an average of 55 days on market (which is the lowest in 3 months).
