30 Condomiums Sold In Nashua NH Last Month At Average of 95% Of Last Asking Price

Nashua saw a total of 30 condominiums sell in May with an average sales price of $164,432, which was an average of 95% of the last listing price. The number of closed transactions and time on market were both on par with the previous May, but there was a slightly larger discount from list price – May 2008 saw a 28 sales closed at 98% of the asking price.
There were 33 pending condominium sales reported in May with an average listing price of $203,292.
There is currently approximately a six month supply of condo inventory in Nashua. There were 41 new condominium listings in Nashua in May for a current total of 177 condominiums for sale in Nashua, NH.
