Portsmouth NH Condo Market Report – July 2008

Twelve condos sold in Portsmouth in July, down just slightly from the 14 condominiums that sold in the same period last year. The average sale price for condos in Portsmouth increased slightly to $314,128, with two transactions over the half million dollar mark.

There were 11 pending condo transactions reported last month. July sales activity indicates an eight to nine month of supply of condominiums for sale in Portsmouth.
