Rye Real Estate Sales Activity Increased In June, Multiple Homes Sold In Rye Beach

Rye NH Real Estate Market Report for June 2008.
The Rye real estate market saw an uptick in sales activity in June. There were 10 homes that sold in Rye last month up from 6 closings in June 2007. The average listing price for the homes that sold was $1,102,740, and the average sales price of homes sold in Rye last month was just under a million dollars at $993,374.
Pending sales activity was also up with 12 new sales contracts in Rye up from 7 pending contracts a year earlier – an increase in activity of 71.4%. Time on market for pending sales in June was a relatively brief 38 days, suggesting that well priced properties can sell quickly.
